Mangia l’Italia explores Italian food geography through places, dishes, products and practices. The project joins documented sources with warm, accessible storytelling, turning the discovery of Italian food into a journey readers want to continue.
The website is the first surface of a larger project: a culinary map to explore, where every story can lead towards a neighbouring place, flavour or tradition.
How we work
Factual statements are built from admitted, verifiable sources. Documentation supports the story without replacing it: our aim is to remain precise without losing curiosity, pleasure or a sense of place.
Verification notes within stories indicate when the narrative is supported by documented material preserved by the project.
