Cookies and measurement

Necessary settings

We store your choice to accept or refuse measurement locally in your browser, so the panel does not return on every page. This preference is necessary to respect your decision and is not used to follow you around the site.

Gastronomic passport

If you use the passport, your browser keeps those choices locally. This functional device data is separate from Analytics consent, is not transmitted and can be removed with “Reset passport” or through your browser settings.

Google Analytics

Only after consent do we load Google Analytics 4, using measurement ID G-V6CB992MPB. Google may set analytics identifiers, normally named _ga and _ga_ followed by the stream identifier, to distinguish visits and sessions under the service configuration.

Measurement includes page views, selected internal links and aggregate reading thresholds. Internal search is measured without transmitting the words entered.

Changing your choice

Use the “Cookie settings” button in the footer. If you refuse, the Analytics tag is not loaded. You can also clear cookies and local data through your browser settings.
